These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Bluebook Technology AB ("Bluebook", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using our services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. For significant changes, we will provide a notice period of 30 days before the changes take effect. By continuing to access or use the services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you have the option to terminate your account before the changes take effect.

Use of Services

You may use the services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

• Use the services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the services or interfere with any other party's use of the services.
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the services for any purpose without our express written permission.
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the services, the server on which the services are stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the services.
• Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the services or which may harm Bluebook or users of the services.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

Intellectual Property Rights

The services and all related content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, and video) are owned by Bluebook, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Content

Your content. You may provide input to the Services ("Input"), and receive output from the Services based on the Input ("Output"). Input and Output are collectively "Content." You are responsible for Content, including ensuring that it does not violate any applicable law or these Terms. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to provide Input to our Services.

Ownership of content

As between you and Bluebook, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you retain ownership rights in your Input and Output. However, you grant Bluebook a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your Content solely for the purpose of providing, improving, and developing our Services.

Similarity of content

Due to the nature of our Services and artificial intelligence generally, output may not be unique and other users may receive similar output from our Services. You acknowledge and agree that Bluebook cannot guarantee the uniqueness of any Output generated by our Services.

Our use of content

We may use Content to provide, maintain, develop, and improve our Services, comply with applicable law, enforce our terms and policies, and keep our Services safe.

Input Data Usage

User input data will be used to improve the system. If you want to opt out of this data usage, you must send an email to legal@getbluebook.com. Please note that opting out may limit the ability of our Services to address your specific use case.

Accuracy

Artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving fields of study. We are constantly working to improve our Services to make them more accurate, reliable, safe, and beneficial. Given the probabilistic nature of machine learning, use of our Services may, in some situations, result in Output that does not accurately reflect real people, places, or facts.

When you use our Services you understand and agree:

• Output may not always be accurate. You should not rely on Output from our Services as a sole source of truth or factual information, or as a substitute for professional advice.
• You must evaluate Output for accuracy and appropriateness for your use case, including using human review as appropriate, before using or sharing Output from the Services.
• You must not use any Output relating to a person for any purpose that could have a legal or material impact on that person, such as making credit, educational, employment, housing, insurance, legal, medical, or other important decisions about them.
• Our Services may provide incomplete, incorrect, or offensive Output that does not represent Bluebook's views. If Output references any third party products or services, it doesn't mean the third party endorses or is affiliated with Bluebook.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose information from our users.

GDPR Compliance

We process Personal Data in accordance with the applicable General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and are responsible for all Personal Data that is submitted to us by you. This includes ensuring that all data processing activities, including the use of cookies, are conducted in compliance with EU data protection laws. We respect and uphold your rights to privacy and data protection as outlined in the GDPR.

Third-Party Services

Our services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Bluebook. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Bluebook shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services.

Use of Client Brand for Marketing Purposes

By agreeing to these Terms, you grant Bluebook a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use your company name, logo, and related brand elements solely for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, listing your company as a client on our website, in press releases, case studies, and in marketing materials. Bluebook agrees to use your brand elements in a respectful and accurate manner, in accordance with any brand guidelines provided.

If you prefer not to be included in such marketing activities, please notify us at hello@getbluebook.com, and we will honor this request within 30 days of receiving it.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or cease providing you with all or part of the services at any time for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, we will delete your account data within 30 days, except for any data we are required to retain for legal or regulatory purposes.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluebook disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall Bluebook be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with the Terms shall be settled by a Swedish court, and the Stockholm District Court shall be the court of first instance.
